My approach to coaching is two-fold:
Firstly, I recognise that everyone’s body is unique, and there’s no ‘one size fits all’ approach to my coaching methods.
Secondly, I believe that success leaves clues and nailing the basics will see you progress more than you ever thought possible.
Most people try to run before they can walk when it comes to physique development, I take things back to basics and progress from there.
If you’re willing to work hard and be consistent, the sky is the limit for your physique development.
