About Andy Clements

I’m Andy Clements, and this is my story.

From an early age, I’ve been fascinated with developing my own physique, and that fascination quickly led me into a career in personal training and physique coaching.

For over a decade, I’ve been helping people build more muscle, strength, lose fat and generally become stronger, leaner and more confident versions of themselves.

In 2024, I took that experience into my own private coaching facility: DC Personal Training.

My approach to coaching is two-fold:

Firstly, I recognise that everyone’s body is unique, and there’s no ‘one size fits all’ approach to my coaching methods.

Secondly, I believe that success leaves clues and nailing the basics will see you progress more than you ever thought possible.
Most people try to run before they can walk when it comes to changing their body, I take things back to basics and progress from there.

You don’t need to eat dry chicken and broccoli 7 times per day or limit yourself to a protein shake and a lettuce leaf every time you sit down for dinner to transform your body. You simply need the guidance and accountability to make small, manageable and targeted changes to your lifestyle that not only work, but are sustainable for months and years to come.
